How to clean a stove like a man
One of the downsides of having a family is that sometimes in trying to cook a large meal, one must use pots that are too small. That of course leads to a stove that needs to be cleaned.
It doesn’t look that bad at a distance, but you just wait.
Remove all the burners. Set them on the table or on the counter.
Told ya.
Dump out any loose pieces from all basins in the garbage.
Put all basins in a sink of warm, soapy water to soak.
Remove all the rims and put them in the sink.
Told ya.
Clean around the space where the rims were sitting. Then wipe down the rest of the range space.
For cooked-on stains, use steel wool. Keep the steel wool wet to prevent scratching.
For greasy stains, use vinegar.
Use a new cloth soaked in vinegar to clean the dash and top panel.
After cleaning the basins and rims, replace them on the stove. Be sure to line up their holes with the receptacle. Replace the elements.
All done.
